In 2002, a court ruled that the song's lyrics relied too heavily on a 1961 Woody Guthrie track, "I Am the Way," and its 1973 adaptation by Loudon Wainwright III. As a result, the track was removed from later pressings and streaming versions of the album, often replaced by "It's Only Us".
