Star Wars Armada – Battle Report 2 – We’re Jammin’
A battle between Rebels and Imperials. Jerjerrod vs Madine. A fighter-heavy engagement with use of TIE phantoms and Jamming Fields.
This episode highlights the series' recurring themes of sophisticated morality and the "thinking man's western". It contrasts Paladin’s cultured life at the Hotel Carlton in San Francisco with the harsh realities and "strange" vendettas of the frontier.
The story begins with Paladin receiving a simple theater invitation that quickly spirals into a high-stakes contract. He is hired to transport the body of a deceased nobleman back to his native home. However, the mission is far from "simple," as Paladin discovers the contract involves a deep-seated political feud and an assassination plot. Paladin must navigate the machinations of Miguel Rojas, who views people as mere "pawns" in a larger game of chess, leading to a deadly confrontation where the "ending of the scene" is violently changed.
