Delete part06.rar specifically and re-download just that segment. You don't need to re-download the whole game.

You need at least 100GB of free space (SSD highly recommended). Forza.Motorsport.7.part06.rar
If the extraction stops at part 06 and asks for the "next volume," it means part07.rar is either missing from the folder or has a slightly different filename.
Ensure you have every numbered part in the same folder.
Check that part01 through part05 (and those after part06 ) are roughly the same file size.
