Adds a third buffer to the rendering pipeline. In many older Direct3D games, enabling V-Sync without Triple Buffering would cause the frame rate to drop to half (e.g., 60fps to 30fps) if the GPU couldn't maintain the full refresh rate. D3DOverrider prevents this specific performance drop.
